Prayer times seem incorrect?

Ensure location services are enabled for the app in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Prayer times are calculated based on your precise GPS coordinates.

Qibla compass not working properly?

• Hold your phone completely flat
• Calibrate by moving your phone in a figure-8 pattern
• Ensure location services are enabled
• Move away from magnetic interference (cars, metal objects)

Prayer notifications not appearing?

Check that notifications are enabled: Settings → Notifications → Salah → Allow Notifications. Also ensure the toggle is ON within the app.

App shows "Getting your location..."?

The app may be updating your location in the background. If it persists, try:
• Restart the app
• Check location permissions
• Ensure you have internet connection for initial setup

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! After the initial location setup, the app works completely offline using cached prayer times and location data.

Why are Ramadan times showing when it's not Ramadan?

The app automatically detects Ramadan based on the Islamic calendar. If you see this outside of Ramadan, please contact support.
